Landforms

A landform is a physical feature of the Earth’s surface having a characteristic, recognizable shape and produced by natural causes and is the result of the interaction of rock types, geologic processes and time:

An area usually consists of many individual landforms, which collectively can be called a physiographic landscape. (The word physiography originally meant the description of nature, but now it is applied specifically to the description of the Earth's surface features, specifically landforms.)
